Hi I found it at a carboot sale at Tranmere rovers football ground. I payed a big 20p for it.

Reggae can turn up anywhere in any form! That song actually got to No.9 in the national charts with no airplay for obvious reasons! On a black cactus label, that one's a bit scarce over here.

Spookily, that Ginger Williams looks a bit like my wife! The title lends it to being a gospel tinged reggae lp? As for Ishen People, can't say that I recall anything from them. But the BAAL record label released The Mexicano's Move Up Starsky back around 1977. A cracking toasted version of Bob Marley's I'm Still Waiting.
