Can anyone give me info about Gregory Isaacs' version of "Send Me The Pillow You Dream On"? Label? Year? Single or album release? Anything else?

Is that the track that got titled "Dreams Come True"?
("Send me the pillow that you dream on/So that I can dream on it too/And say a special prayer for me my darling, darling dear/Pray that this dream will come true")
I have it on the Prime of Gregory Isaacs" compilation, but it appears on the album "In Person" from 1974, released by GG's & Trojan.

Thank you, thank you. It was driving me nuts 'cause I couldn't figure out where that song came from. It's the same tune. The funny thing is, on the back of the In Person LP, it says, "All tracks written by Gregory Isaacs." But the tune (which is originally titled "Send Me The Pillow You Dream On") is actually an old country song that's been redone by many, many singers across all genres. Funny.
