New RE-ISSUE label "Get On Down"?
ALWAYS on the lookout for reputable reissue labels, I found Augustus Pablo "Ital Dub" reissued on CD (in an LP-style sleeve). Did not buy, waiting for some info on them before I start spending... LOOKS nice, but is licensed from Clocktower - so I'm hoping it's not just another reissue from the same source and just updating the package... Anyone have any info on this label? Their website is UP, but not DONE - just pictures of releases so far...

Does anyone know if the "Blackboard Jungle Dub" release in colored vinyl (limited edition released @ Record Store Day only) sounds worse than the black vinyl release?

If they are using the same stampers then they will sound the same, unless they are using a very strange vinyl mix, the reissue version to get is the one on Auralux.

I've had Get On Down version of "Ital..." for quite sometime and the sound is superb. An absolute wall shaker of a disc.
