On this album it is credited to Frankie Jones

I have just played the track on "From The Roots" and am pretty certain these 2 tracks are one and the same, although it is a while since I heard the one credited Frankie Jones.

So who is singing this song?

It's Prince Allah. It was also released as 12" on Generation. Also as sung by Winston Godling (Ranking Dread) on a Starlight 12" ... which of course is way wrong.
