Cover version from 80s

Hi - I'm new and desperate to find a track that I heard in the 80s - about 1984-5. It's a cover of You Are by Lionel Richie, but definitely not the Frankie Paul one. I thought it was Dennis Brown but can't find it on any discographies. Please can anyone help. It's a smoother sound than the Frankie Paul version. Thanks

Yeah, was a TADS 12" from Dennis. Can be found easily on the Jet Star Reggae Max CD.
