the original song was done by Julio Iglesias called My Love first part of the song goes like "My love is warmer than a smile
My love gives to every needing child
If anyone should ask you who's my true love
Tell them my love true is ever letting all their love come through"
who did the reggae version l have heard one done by stone love during their shows but its no good its talked over.
PLEASE HELP
i want to say that the "My Love" tune that i remember as being big was by Thriller U - it was quite a massive lover's rock tune back in the late 80's/early 90's.
that has to be it, i can't imagine that it's anything else.
the LP that came out at the time was pretty good as i recall, "Waiting In The Park" i know is also in a similar style.
but "My Love" was Thriller U's big hit, i think it came out on Jammy's sometime in the late 80's back when everything Jammy's put out was almost guaranteed to be a big hit. it's buried in my records in storage at the moment, although i get to dig them out next week! yay me!
I am looking for this song it is sort of reggae and i think it is in spanish as well but it has a slow drum beat and they say "hey hey, hey ya hey hey!" and there is a lot of clapping in the song. it is hard to search it because i cannot really understand the lyrics. PLEASE HELP!

pretty sure that's "Commitment" by Wayne Wonder (and featuring the man who really does wish he had one more of he, the entertainer-turned-inmate Buju Banton!)
