Hi Appiegold, thanks for reply but its not what I mean.

I wanted to know if these two Supersonics tracks also have alternative titles.

I was round a friends the other night and he was playing the "Treasure Isle Tribute to Peckings" LP.

Both "1,2,3 Kick" and "Baba Explosion" are on this album and I am sure I have these two tracks somewhere in doors. I don`t have the "Tribute to..." album and these two tracks sound really familiar.

RA only shows them on the "Tribute to..." album so I was wondering if I have them but titled different or if I have them on a CD that is not on RA.

I have been looking through my collection but with no luck.

Hi Dave,

RA is a bit short on Rock Steady ;)

"Baba Explosion" is another instrumental version to the Jamaicans classic "Ba ba boom" aka "Baba Boom Time". Search for that and you will find plenty more versions. This tune is all over a whole heap of Duke Reid related compilations.

"1,2,3 kick" is also credited to Tommy McCook, like so many other tracks played by the Supersonics. One other place to find it is here
