Fire Facts/Chazbo

Hi,
I first heard this riddim on Fire Facts "Earth In Turmoil" on a Sky High 7" & very recently been enjoying "Chazbo's Serenade" on Salomon Heritage 12" which is also on this riddim.
Can anyone tell me who first came up with this particular riddim? Are there other cuts?

The Fire Facts 7" is a total classic from the early/mid 90s. Dougie must have been shifting copies at his stall then as it was a big tune at the time. I hope Fire Facts/Sky High are credited on the relick.

I think there is a King General cut on the Conscious SOunds relick (on general release, not dubplate), which is not bad, but not as ruff as the original.

I have a cd of fire facts that credits sky high and it has speeches from Marcus Garvey intertwined between the songs. Also, I was also told that one of the singers from Cultural Roots was part of Fire Facts. On another side note, there is a group called Brown, Eagle & Spear that has memebers of Fire Facts and it also has a sky high print on it.. the song on this that was played in the '90's was "Judas"...

I have several 7"s on Sky High label, one was a hard version of Drum Song by ET Webster that had a next piece featuring recordings of Marcus Garvey's speeches. Dangerous stuff!

There was another Fire Facts 7" called Vengeance, which had a great version but it was not as solid as Earth In Turmoil.

i have a sky high tune called Vengeance credited to Sky High & the Mau Mau w/Ansel Cridland (of Meditations) taking lead vocals.
Maybe it's the same tune covered by different artists?

Just wondering what the Fire Facts CD "Remand Centre" is like? Is this the one OrthodoxRueben mentioned with the Garvey speeeches?
