Are there any differences between the two issues with different covers?

Culture in dub was also my first dub CD and I haven't found anything near as splendid as this CD, wicked basslines, agressive drumming, splendid hoen section and what I especially like are the vocals! There are more vocals on this record than on any other dub record I own, I find this very pleasant. I sure like King Tubby, Prince Jammy, Scientist, Mighty Two, Augustus Pablo and others, but this is just the far best dub record for me!

pretty sure they're both the same mix - one on the left UK Skynote - one on the right JA
plenty of other dub LP's i like more but still wouldn't want to be without it!
