"Dubclash" by Alborosie is an excellent cd of modern dub inspired by King Tubby and made using oldschool techniques;
I'd also recommend checking out anything by Alpha & Omega;
Brother Culture Meets Mungos HiFi lp/cd;
Basque Dub Foundation from Spain;
any dub lps by Dub Judah;
anything by Bush Chemists;
anything by Disciples;
Sound Iration in Dub lp/cd

Twilight Circus Dub Sound System has been making AMAZING DUB records for many years, highly recommended! Also just picked up his CD's by Michael Rose and their accompanying DUB counterparts - fantastic!!

The Expanders from L.A. have made some really great old-school sounding dub.
