Mid 80s tune (corner stone?)

Hey everyone!
I got this tune stuck in my head but I can't remember the singer and title which really annoys me. Been searching the net but couldn't find it either. I'm pretty sure it's on the same riddim as "hard fe get" by Little John on the corner stone label and it's done by a singer (probably Cocoa Tea?).
I don't remember the lyrics too well, but it was about the minivan or bus traffic and the reckless driving. A part I remember goes something like that:

"Mind were you go [..]or you might get run over.. run over"
