Roots Morris,

I have to say the "Party Time" contains some of my favorite reggae songs of all time: 'Road of Life', 'Why Must I'. The Heptones are one of my favorite bands as well.

However, I must digress. Leroy Sibbles has a very powerful, excellent voice, but I have to offer the suggestion that his singing is a little bit overly-self-indulgent (way too many "oh-yeahs" and vocal tangents). It's nice because you can tell that he really it into the music that he is singing, which is good, but sometimes, it's a bit too much. I do enjoy his vocal explosions from time to time, but there are far too many. For instance the 'Garden of Life' song is excellent until he is screaming "In the garrdddennn of Liiiiffffeee..." at the top of his lungs during the chorus. That's when I usually switch tthe track. Someone like Justin Hinds uses the strength and greatness of his voice in a more controlled manner, and is a lot easier to listen to.
