Help identify the singer please

I have a song in my head I think is called "The System". I believe it is an Augustus Pablo production possible early - mid 80`s.

Some of the lyrics are

"The system, the system , the system,, get up on Babylon regime and try and resist the system"

Not much to go on but any help appreciated.
