Try "Herb Dub" (aka) Herbs of Dub album by Jah Lloyd as ther are a good few flute solo's on there, such as "christ was a blackman"

Revolutionaries - Kunta Kinte. If not already posted here i will definitely go with that one.
Although, not entirely a flute solo but more of an intro this is a legendary track no doubt.
Also, some of the Winston Edwards dubs he recorded at King Tubby studios for his albums. Heavyweight stuff!
