Churchical Chants of the Nyabingi-"BOOKLET"?

On the back of the LP jacket it says:
"booklet inclosed"

I bought a used copy sometime ago and it did not come with this "booklet".

Does this booklet exist and if so would someone please be willing to send me a scan of it?

Most of the booklet are for the happy few.
Only by the fist pressing got the booklet.
