The "Train to Skaville" one ?
I would say "You Don't Care" by The Techniques and Slim Smith's "My Conversation" are contenders. A lot of the now-popular Studio One riddims (Real Rock, Heavenless, Never Let Go) were frequently versioned long after they were originally recorded.
