To be honest I don't think it will speak much to any group. Much because I think the cover doesn't look any good even by its own merits. I understand the idea they have behind it but the aim of having it as a stylish hot sauce advert ultimately fails.

Anyway ... nuff complaining from me now! :) I'm starting to sound like a broken record.

Why not let them do it in the good old tradition of hilarious reggae album covers? ;)
The presentation of so many original albums was and is poor, but inventive. Even worse is many a sleeve art of the reissue/rerelease companies and B&F or PS were not always very 'Roots' with these.
rougher yet

To be honest I think if I had the same budget and time I would be able to put together a much nicer cover -- which really isn't saying anything Did a very quick rough draft of how a cover could look like over at B&F. Nothing fancy but something very simple that I felt reflected the music much more than the PS alternative.
Oh, I know all about not liking artwork! Besides being a reggae nerd, I am also a graphic designer nerd. I certainly like the earlier, Kleber designs for Pressure Sounds and am not always a fan of their more recent artwork. For example, I wasn't a fan of cover for Pleasure Dub, so I made something that was different yet similar to the original:

Anybody here knowing the original track listing of the 1977 Pre-Release?
The vinyl edition of Pressure Sounds doesn't provide exact info on the cover and besides the bonus tracks all songs play in different order to the original release.
The CD release may contain more infos, I guess.

Done my homework and found out the original tracking order.
If anybody interested I will post it, but it seems not.

Nice one, thanks! I always like to put digital releases back into their original order and put the bonus tracks in a separate album. Gives me a sense that I'm hearing it the way it was meant to be heard

Yes, I think that an artist must have his personal reasons to deliver the tracks in a certain order, and it somewhat mirrors the authentic expression of the whole record as a piece of art.
