Which of the 10 'Commandments Of Dub' albums have had a CD reissue?

I know that 1 and 3 have, because I've seen those... but I don't think that they all did, did they?

Part 1 and Part 3 saw reissues on CD, where Part 9 and Part 10 were available in this format from the start.
So you only have 1, 3, 9 and 10 on CD.
