Garnet Silk - Hello Africa

I have this on a Star Trail 12 inch, with what I think is mislabeled on the b-side, where it says: Africa Dub (Fire House Crew).
It is however not a (dub)version of 'Hello Africa'.
Does anyone know what the riddim is called or used for?

Can't really help with this one.
I have that one on Star Trail 7", b-side being 'Africa Dub' - Fire House Crew, Horns: Dean Fraser, David Madden, which is in fact the version.
