Keith Hudson Pick a Dub

Is King Tubby at the controls here? "I'm All Right," "Satia," appear on other albums credited to King Tubby but his name is not on Pick a Dub. Tracks like "1-2 Dubwise" "Don't Move," etc. sound like King Tubby. Does anyone know the story?
