Dennis Pinnock

A friend and neighbour has written a book about the singer Dennis Pinnock (not Delroy of Babylon Walls fame)whose surname he shares.

He interviewed Dennis to find out more about him and his career. The first chapters cover why he wanted to write the book in the first place and what he discovered about why they share the same surname.

The book, titled,"Take it Cool" is being published online, free of charge and 2 episodes a week. Episodes 1-4 are up on the site at the moment. Even if you don't like the Lovers Rock genre you should get a nice insight into the life of a reggae singer in the 70s and 80s.

Read the three first parts and it reads very well so far. Looking forward to the coming episodes. It's a shame he didn't find both Dennis and Delroy. Could have made an even more interesting story.
