ROOTS RADICS - PROPHECY OF DUB

Post by kevin »

Hello

anyone know of this CD. Out on Abrahams and one of Jah Thomas' productions.

Does it duplicate with any of the releases on Roots.

I've looked at the track titles and it doesn't but that means nothing when dub titles can get changed from one release to another.

thanks

It included dubs to
Trinston Palmer - Entertainment
Anthony Johnson ‎– Zuggi Zeng
Singie Singie - Leave Badness Alone
Junior Keating - Jah Wrote me A Letter

And other classic rhythms produced by Jah Thomas such as Answer, Shank I Sheck and Full Up. It's a nice set but it feels like it could be another Thomas dub LP under a different name or just that some tracks overlap.

My copy had some pitch/off-centre problem. Dunno if it was my copy only or if it's common with all issues.

Thanks

Having played it via YouTube I now know to avoid buying as all the tracks appear on the various CD's issued on the Roots label
