I must be the only one who can't get into pura Vida's sound everywhere I go people seem to be raving about it but I don't get it. I couldn't even listen to the stuff done with the congos I had to pull my headphones off.... Oh well, I guess I just have oddball tastes

i donnot have an opinion on Pura Vida because it is a different discussion and also I donnot know them.

I saw this a few days ago - looks really good. These days (for a long time now, really), Scratch is only as good as who he's working with. I get tired of rambling vocals that Scratch has phoned in ending up on some lame dubstep track. This Pura Vida collaboration, as well as his work with Daniel Boyle at Rolling Lion Studios sounds great.
