Actually yes, it could be... i tried a search with the lyrics at the start, i think its cheer up?

Well, the audio sample on http://www.livityreggae.com/bobby-the-m ... -7469.html is not the same.

But I found the track and it's definitely Bobby Melody. It comes on the flipside with *Natty Rock Steady* on Rootsman label.
