there are simply too many,... one I really love is the sleeve of top ranking dub (the one with the skull in the german helmet). It is not really the artwork itself but the fact that due to a mis print, they inverted the sleeve and printed it again. You can still see the original glue still sticking on the outside of the cover ;-)

When we were kids listening to reggae for the first time we all thought Far I's 'Under heavy manners' cover was a hoot (original Joe Gibbs pressing), partly due to his manner of dress - well natty - but mainly due to the huge joint he's smoking on both front and rear covers.
