Jah Life In Dub (DKR, 2014)

Wow! 10 Scientist dubs of Barrington Levy tracks originally intended for release back in 1980, but never released, despite the sleeves all printed and ready to go. I know there is a thread on here to discuss this album, and it's incarnation with the different dub lp inside the original sleeves, DKR/Digikiller come up with the goods here. First pressings of this come in the original 1980 sleeve - now reunited with it's intended Scientist dub/Jah Life produced album. Praise be!

So just to be sure... there really are TWO "brandnew" Scientist albums, right? The Dub Album They Didn't Want You To Hear and Jah Life in Dub? Both are vinyl only, right?

Compact disc! Reasons: Laziness (spelling?), no side-switching, can hear it in living- and bathroom, can lend to friends, many of my 7iches are pressed/cut so bad that the needle gets fu&§ed at the records end.

But yeah, you guys keeping vinyl alive is super nice. I bought hundreds/thousends of records in the 80s/90s/early2K. My last vinyl was a Police in helicopter/Youth pon the corner re-press in 2007 or something.

@ Gabranth

Well, 45's may be somewhat difficult, but generally vinyl is offering the best sound. At least when the set up is right.

There are still around 30 Reggae LPs on my wants list. You all CD-fans should finally dig them out selling it to me before they will get old, dusty and forgotten ;-))

Hard to argue with that. But we're getting very off topic here. Sorry guys.
