can anyone recommend a good reggae podcast ? - most of the ones i have found have too much dancehall. i'm hoping someone knows of a good podcast that plays a lot of 70's / 80's reggae.

Re: reggae podcasts
Those "On The Wire" podcasts are wicked. Also one I just saw today was Dub Organiser by the man Dave Hendley @

This looks well crucial. You should also check FireHouse Crew.

They do new stuff as well, but often the weekly show will feature some classic roots. For instance they did one based around "Black Sounds of Freedom" and another on the Morwells propductions. This weeks show is based around the vocals of Flabba Holt and also features Jah Woosh, Jah Lion, Prince Far-I and others. They also have an excellent archive of great programs featuring artists such as African Bros. & I.Roy, producers like Niney, and labels like Greensleeves, Wackies & Hungry Town.
Also speaking of the Morwells there is a great podcast "Nicodemus Meets Bingy Bunny and the Morwells" @
