I haven't heard him too much, but I like his style. Which album should I start off with? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

All his releases are nice roots releases.
Cool Down, I Love Marijuana, Six Babylon, Love Is The Question (CD titled Linval). These are easily available on CD.
I Love Jah, Stay a Little Bit Longer harder to find in vinyl only.

Re: Linval Thompson suggestions?
I would suggest the Blood & Fire set.
Ride On Dreadlocks- http://www.roots-archives.com/release/77
Blood & Fire is always a good place to start with an artist as the music is of consistently high quality, there are usually extensive liner notes and, most important imho, the artists are remunerated.
Another good compilation is
Rockers From Channel One http://www.roots-archives.com/release/428
This features not only Linval but many other excellent artists all presented in a showcase style with each vocal being followed up with DJ and/or dub tracks. Great selection of early Linval productions still in a more Roots vein.
Don't Cut Off Your Dreadlocks
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/3109
I also enjoyed
Train to Zion Dub (W/W Jarret & Ranking Trevor)

Ites,

The early sessions 1974-1982.
7"/12" versions of the songs.
+ dvd intervieuw and live on stage.
On his own label Thompson sound.

I have to agree with sergio619
Baby Father and Look How Me Sexy epitomise Linval at his very very best.
But there are also many 12inch 45s well worth collecting.
