R.I.P. Lincoln "style" Scott

just read on a few Facebook pages that Style Scott has passed away. No details have been released. The man played drums for a number of great bands. His music and influence will live on.

Apparently he was murdered. Very saddening to hear as he was one of my favourite players. Both the stuff he did with Radics as well some incredible Dub Syndicate production (Luciano - One In A Billion which he produced is for me one of the greatest roots songs of the 00's)

This is horrible. I read on the net his wife was murdered last week and now him. Jamaica can really be a terrible place. So so sad. Rest in Peace, Style Scott.

Gee, it seems to be a never ending cycle of artists meeting an untimely end at times. R.I.P. Style Scott. Another hero gone.

Very sad news. One of the best on the drumset.
