Dub Vendor had these release on CD on "mirumir" and I'm guessing it's the same as "MIR" that is going to release the pressings.
It says "issued under exclusive licence for the world excluding North America by Hopetown Overton Brown". http://www.dubvendor.co.uk/scientist--- ... 9190-p.asp
Aha, so it seems he DOES have the rights to licence these Albums. I remember there was this court case he lost against Greensleeves when they licenced some of his tracks from "Rids the World" for a GTA-Videogame without his knowledge. But he lost cause the court ruled that a mixer is not the artist of the recording. He even said Greeensleeves forged Junjo's signature. Remember reading this?
Maybe they finally settled this and he's got the rights now. Or because Greensleeves belongs to VP now, maybe he was able to make a deal with them and got the rights outside of North America.

The dubs to If you give to me and Send a Moses are fantastic imho. But yeah Heavyweight Dub Champion is better, I think so too, but it's not his best. I think the four albums mentioned in the first post are even better. But it's all just personal taste anyway right?
I got three of them last week, bought them from a store over here in Sweden. Very nicely done, no complains at all. And the vinyl issue of "Wins The World Cup" features the six extra tracks too!
These are licensed by Scientist himself. For worldwide distribution, only excluding North America for some reason. Would sure like to know why.
Nice, so after more than 30 years he finally makes some money with these albums, although I'm sure Junjo and Linval Thompson paid him for mixing the songs.

Yup. Redeye refunded my preorder stating that due to licensing issues it was cancelled.
But some how others got it. I've just ordered it through discogs from Italy.
