Twelve Tribes of Israel LP reissued?

I spoke with Louis Griffiths last night, the singer is "My Fathers Eyes". I had heard some stories about this project for years, but never understood the record had been produced. as the story goes, the concept for this album was that it was supposed to be 12 tracks by 12 artists, each one representing one of the tribes of Israel. They ended up with 12 tracks, but 9 artists. I suspect that this album was never sold, but given to 12 Tribes brethren and family, that's why it is so rare. I do believe the new ones may have simply been found, once the great value was realized. Anyway, let me give you a little more history. Louis Griffiths was friends with Bob Marley. As a young man he drove Bob's kids to school. He was in the room when Bob was shot by the gunmen, and a bullet went through Louis's abdomen. "No bullet can stop us now". Louis's best friend was Dennis Brown, in fact all of the guys who are the most authentic in reggae are 12 Tribes brethren. Louis is still making music, I sent him a laptop computer to record on but it broke. He uses a small porta-studio; he got one album in but it filled up the small studio equipment. He could definitely use better equipment and technical guidance. The music and spirit is still there, if anyone wants to help somehow, he is in the Philadelphia area. Well it is scarce again so I say we can conclude it was old stock. Or they did a tiny repress run that wouldnt make sense. So I stick with the old stock.

If the labels are slightly different it's possible one version was pressed a little later. We need to compare the matrix numbers. Does anybody here know the matrix of the red/purple vinyl issue?
