Can someone advise which cover actually accompanied the 1st Jamaican pressing?

I know the sand writing cover is 1967 UK press. I wonder if the yellow cover with the ribbon came before or after the one where John Hold is sitting on air

yellow cover is CD version. Maybe you can guess the answer yourself?
