Hi Folks
Can anyone help with vocal counterparts to a track from each of these releases.
Vol 1 - Track 7 - "Ready to Dub" - The horns intro I recognise and I know I have a song with that intro. There is a vocal snippet saying "Im Ready". It could be Alton Ellis but I have searched what I own and don't seem to be able to lay my hands on it.
Vol 3 - Track 7 - "D.Js Special" - Again I recognise the rhythm track and those guitar picks and there is a vocal snippet that sound like someone is singing the phrase "Ghetto Love".
Its been bugging me now for a while and I`m stumped so any help appreciated.
Thanks
Dave

Hi jumbo
Thanks for the reply. You got the right song for me but the one I have is the Heptones Studio One version. For some reason I would have sworn it was Alton Ellis singing that song.
Second track could possibly be a Cultural Roots track but it's not from any of there albums for sure.
Anyway, thanks again jumbo
