This dub appears on a Wackies 12 inch I have. it's on the flip of Horace Andy's "I Don't Want To Be Left Outside".

This isn't really the answer you are seeking but a side story you may find of interest. I have this same 12" and was always curious about it. About 3 or 4 years ago I asked Wackies about this record when I saw him at Jammyland. He said that Horace Andy got the tracks from Bunny Lee. He then had Tubby make exclusive mixes for him of the tracks which he in turn gave Wackies to release.
