Ras IbI is a heavy roots singer from Finland, although I hear he resides currently in Ethiopia.

In any case, I wouldn't define his music as "nyahbinghi", even though some of his songs might feature binghi-typed percussions, but so does just about any roots song. His songs are still propelled by authentic reggae beats, thus I wouldn't label it "nyahbinghi".

Ras ibi is a nice modern roots artist, i agree, we cant definite it as nyahbinghi but the style is pretty same... Have his stuff!

Jah Levi and the Higher Reasoning - The Power and the Glory. The B-side Nyabinghi Chant and Nyabinghi Voyage are good.
