I am heading to Rebel Salute from Canada.
I hear tickets sell out, so I would try to secure them in advance. Go to tonyrebel.com to find ticket locations. As for accomodation, there are 30,000 people in attendance and many are foreigners, so accomodation can be tight. There's small guest houses around the south coast ... but everyone has the same mind to find a place near. I've booked the Mandeville Hotel for 3 of 10 days. It's in Mandeville about one hour away from Port Kaiser Sports Arena (the venue). If interested in Mandeville Hotel call Paul Grindley 876 962-2460.
Rooms are 93.50 USD a night.
BOB ANDY ! KEN BOOTHE ! I WAYNE ! RICHIE SPICE !
