Can someone please explain to me the meaning of the phrase "Jah Jah Me Horn Yah" ?

I think Jah Jah Me No Horn Yah means “I don’t “cheat” on you, Jah”.

I thought I had once seen it credited as 'Jah Jah Me Born Yah' , but on doing a quick search I can't find anything....? not much help I know.
