name the singer & song

Trying to name a singer. The song is the same riddim as Luciano's song Call on Yahweh from 2001's Great Controversy CD. I think it may be Al Campbell but I'm not sure. Chorus goes, " In my time of great need, great need, Jah Jah never fail I yet."
Please help, it's frusrtating to have such a tough song and not know the name & artist.

You've done a great service in naming that song and introducing me to that band. Going to JA for Rebel Salute and that song is on my mixed cd that I'll hand out in Jamaica; now it has a name & artist
