You may not believe it, but the only albums I wish I still had are "Africa Must Be Free....Dub" and Cry Tuff 2. Mind you I still do have a load of vinyl so I suppose it isn't such an issue.

I will get one of the Greensleeves "Africa..." next week and will endeavour to track down CT2 this year.

6anbatte, I had two copies of CT 2 having got an extra copy in a job lot, but sold one off last year!

Greensleeves do the 2 x Africa must be..Dub & Vocal on one CD.

My biggest regret is selling any of them, of course, but especially:

Cry Tuff Dub Vol 1 on Hit Run - I still haven't tracked this one down and mine was MINT, NEW. Argh!

I also still haven't found another copy of the brilliant Big Joe - African Princess on Trojan, which is worth it for the pic of the girl in the white lacy pants - let alone Big Joe's superb DJ set!

I also very stupidly sold an original copy of Jah Guide on Atra about 12 months ago! I Must have hit my head on somthing the night before I listed that on ebay! It isn't listed here - only the later re-release (or I can't find it) it was number Atra 001. I still don't know what I was thinking of at the time!

Hi Leggo Rocker

Please give me a shout if you get another CT2.

Yes, I have this, but NEED the vinyl as well! You know how it is!

Don't know Jah Guide on Atra at all.

Very pleased to have picked up a mint condition Jolly Brothers "Conscious Man" recently.

I sell org press Star dub'76 from Tappa in '80 ,
Ina 82 i learn the difference between all those dub's versions and albums.
Buy the reissues from Blood and Fire ina '95/
It's the hardway to learn.

I try not to beat myself up too much about the mistakes I made (and I still make a few). Sadly, Bruce Lee would be easier on me than I am on myself.

But the past is gone, the future is to come, and now, well that needs to be lived in.

So I'll move on.

And in some ways, even though prices are CRAZY for good roots records now, I can afford them better now than I ever could when I was residing on Maggie Thatcher's human scrap heap in the late 70s early 80s.
