On Studio One Roots 2 from Soul Jazz there's a horn instrumental on the rhythm from the man Karl Bryan called "2K Strut". Crucial - just as the whole compilation!

Spear later recut the tune as "Door Peep", but it's nowhere near as powerful as the original Studio One cut...

Very interesting jahman!

This was never issued with dub or version at the time of release in Jamaica (Supreme) or on the UK pressed Bamboo. Could be Coxsone added a version side on a later issue though.

If you have this record please confirm the matrix number on the vinyl.
