Guidance Jah Leroy,
I would grade this LP 7-8. It`s well worth buying it. Lizzard is Clive Hunt. The album is a rootsy thing.
Selah!
Cheers,

It's probably better to ask about the LP without revealing it's whereabouts!
You've maybe just given yourself some competition in the bidding now...

To me it's a superb album from the great Clive Hunt... i would rate it 9.5 as it's one of my all-time favorites....
BTW, LIZZARD aka Clive Hunt wrote and recorded "milk n' honey" in 76, prior to D. brown's 78 version featured on "Visions of Dennis Brown"....
Blessings,

Re: LIZZARD - SATTA I
I saw it go in a job lot on ebay, that included a few other good LPs. All 4 only got 45 UK pounds- but had already spent way to much that week..
Hey Guno! You've got an old head on young shoulders there. Respect!

Re: LIZZARD - SATTA I
thanks leggo!
bought this LP about 5 years ago and at that time I payed about £40 (british pounds)... wich I think is much more expensive than nowadays...
I don't know why it pops so often on ebay right now, coz in 2001 & 2002 I was buying as many records as I'm buying today on ebay, and as far as I remember SATTA I used to be a real sought after one that doesn't appear so often...
Either way... I don't mind if it's more or less expensive nowadays, as it's still one of my favorites, and I don't intend to sell this amazing record (even further as I'm checking the vinyl right now and it still looks - and plays - as MINT...)
I man really respeck the man Clive "Lizzard" Hunt (aka "AZUL") for his great works both as producer and musician... We must remember the man produced & arranged the album that is regarded as "the greatest album ever" to many reggae fans...
But I truly wish he sang a bit more...
