Heres Once mi granny used fi tell i

Mi throw mi corn, but me no call no fowl

-----

Ranking Trevor --- would you care to break this down for me a little,,,as in what's the meaning behind it and is it used for more than one thing in Jamaica?

It's one of those sayings that always confused me to an extent.

Agree with Versionside.

Many of these are going straight over me Uncle Ned, especially after I've had a laugh amd joke on me scratch and sniff.

Please accompany these JA proverbs with translations for us Cockney Rebels.
