Heptones - Party Time (Upsetter Label)

I recently picked-up another copy of the Heptones - Party Time LP. This LP has an UPSETTER white label and says "Published B: Ackee Music Inc." I don't see this release in the archives: http://www.roots-archives.com/release/54. Is Ackee Music rereleasing title under with the Upsetter label? I was wondering if anyone knows anything else about this. Thanks!

Most of Lee Perry's classic productions have been repressed in the last 15 years on that black & white upsetters label. Nice presses for the most part- I had assumed that it was Lee Perry himself putting them out (Upsetter) since they originally saw release on an Island &/or Mango labels. Aam
