king kong first album?

few years ago i buy in local street market one record called funky reggae from king kong
is a music pleasure limited label production by dave watson . in back cover say ist firts record of king kong. ist not a good reggae production (ist covers of classics funk and soul tracks ) but ist a strange record.

someone know if is a really firts recor of the real king kong?

It's a different Kong than the one you think about. If I'm thinking about the right collection (http://reggae.discogs.com/release/694654) that is.

Leslie Kong was also refered to as King Kong.

The dancehall King Kong released his first material in the 80's (or it might be even late 70's if it's some rare material I haven't heard about).

i was almost safe that is not king kong because king kong born in 1964 and this record is 1974 production and the voice of artist ist not a child voice. but thanks to you i is sure now.
