Re: Scientist
To begin with, I'd look for originals like Scientist Wins the World Cup, Scientist Dubs Culture into a Parallel Universe, and, Scientist Rids the World of the Evil Curse of the Vampires. The compilation, Dub In the Roots Tradition, is also good.
I recently picked up an album by a band from Japan where Scientist did the dub version, Freedom Dub (Scientist, Junior Dee and Shindounihyaku).

"Dub in Roots Tradition" on Blood and Fire.
This is readily available and easy enough to pick up.

Re: Scientist
From two ends of the Roots Archives Scientist listing I suggest:
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/1557
and
http://www.roots-archives.com/release/3152
But then, just about anything from the link below will move all Scientist fans:
http://www.roots-archives.com/artist/86
Scientist is the true successor to King Tubby. He's the man who perfectly embodied Tubby's genius and emerged at the right time to carry forward the torch of the radical dub session. (much to Prince Jammy's chagrin)

Re: Scientist
i'd go with any of his albums, but start with the Meets The space invaders, my all time fav LP. and all them albums of the early 80's rids the world of the vampires, wins world cup, meets pacman etc.
Someone reccomend the b+f dub in the roots tradition, this one i didn't rate at all, i never understood why people liked this one so much.
