Wake the town and tell the people....

Post by Collie »

Just back from U Roy and Junior Murvin gig live in DUBlin IRIEland

Buzzin....some hot guinness stout & a stick of sensi....first Reggae gig of the year for me.
Junior Murvin in fine style opened with "I was appointed" from Police & Thieves. Roots Train was from the same album, hitting all the high notes.
So happy to see & hear him in such great form.

U-Roy in good shape and in dapper suit (not the bright green or orange ones from the 70's)did amongst others, "wear you to the ball" & soul rebel". David Madden & Bo Peep in the " Dub Tronic" band on stage.

Just vibes, vibes.......:) :)
