been looking for versions of "man next door" and noticed that vocals on "poison flour" (dr alimantado) seems to be from horace andy but never found his version...

The only CD with his version (titled "Quiet Place") I know is "Zion Gate" http://www.roots-archives.com/release/4158
You can also find this tune on 7" represses - there is a copy from Gorgon label with excelent King Tubby & The Aggrovators "Dub Place" on the B side.

Oddly enough I have been looking for versions of man next door very recently and noticed that the 'quiet place' version by horace andy supplied the poison flour vocals - fabulous stuff - I seem to remember that the other version of the Dennis Brown cut of Man Next Door that I used to own was on the Raiders of the Lost Dub album - Spy Next Door? (or was that the dub of a Paragons version?)

I'm definitely up for people suggesting other versions of this classic track - I'm sure there are many I've not heard!
