Without wanting to boast (but I am afraid I'm gonna).

I can assure you you won't get much harder than the playlists on my station.

If you like reggae you'll love my station.

I'm sure 6anbatte would confirm this as I recently sent him my ENTIRE playlist recorded onto DVD!

You want the Revolutionaries in dub? You got it.
You want Jackie Mitto? You got it.
You want Sugar Minott? You got him.
You want Gregory Isaacs? - He sings on my station.
You want Scientist the Dub Chemist? He's mixing it up on Leggo Rockers Hi FI
You want Wackies? LOADS of it playin there.
You want the Radics? They are there.
You want the reggae greats? Bob Marley, Lee Perry, Linval Thompson, David Isaacs and many more, they are all on my station.

1 gigabyte of reggae magic. hundreds of chunes. All playing 24/7. Non-stop, rotating playlists.

I think Guno would agree that mine and his stations have very similar output and philosophy.

Perhaps the only difference being that I have the honour of a few sets provided by the Mighty Z - the King of Old Skool selektas.

So please, lend me your ears and I will rock you.

Yes it is too bad they have passed that money grabbing international? law.I hope it works out for you independants.
If i had a request for you radio entrepreneurs, i would ask for commentary mixed in with info, quotes, annotations on the artist.Ive got a few of them in that style. It makes the tunes ive heard before make more sense, while learniing about more my favourite music.(just a thought ,feel no way)

Anyway it goes,good luck.

I plan to do it that way with my podcasts Collu. proper radio DJ style.

Unfortunately the format at 365live makes it difficult to do that because of the way it segues the tracks. That's why my Jah Thomas sound clip keeps getting clipped off!

But, I plan to take some time off soon to do some brand new playlists and at the same time record some DJ shows to offer as podcasts from my own websites.

arize-rootsman
leggorockers station lays down 24 hour roots reggae - well, apart from the few hours he allows me for the ska and rocksteady (a few hours only, but magical one's if you like the old time).

Leggorocker has the biggest roots collection I have ever seen (and I've seen some!). If you saw his record collection you would wonder how indeed he does not have every roots record going! (he doesn't , which is why he still scours the earth purchasing ever more vinyl!).

Leggorocker doesn't dilute his sets with Ragga or Disco Reggae or Soul etc (nothing against these - but Leggo is strickly roots). Pure roots from the golden era of roots from the early 70's to the early 80's!

If you haven't already listened - get in while you can - before the US govt and their Big Money friends shut it all down!
