Sugar Minott - The More We Are Together - Black Roots 12inch disco.

Unusual one this one, as the A side is a 45 and the B side version stylee is a 33rpm!

Whatever the speed though, it is a lovely tune by Bugga Minott and the Black Roots players. Tuff roots sound and the dub is heavy yet sublime.

Somehow I've managed to get me three copies of this brilliant record! Ooops...

Tony Tuff - Tony Tuff - Grove Music label.

Underrated roots vocals featuring the magical hand of Vivian Yabby U Jackson. And backed by the brilliant roots harmony trio The Gladiators.

I've been searching for that LP dagobert!

Right now, I-man listen to:

Fabian Cooke - That's Not All - Wackies 12 inch

One of my very best favourite Wackies label lovers tunes. A real rootsy sound. Play it to your lover, she/he will melt into your arms at the lyrics.

Johnnie Clarke - Reggae Party - Vista Sounds

This is Johnnie Clarke in his best 'yuh yuh yeah' stylee. Great riddims sugar coated by Clarke's velvet vocals. Add this one to your collection!
