It is indeed Willie Williams' tune called "Saints". IT can be found on a Riz rEcords Various artist LP called "Who gave the permission?" very wicked UK roots from 90's co produced and mixed by Nick Mannessah. This album has some very wicked vocals plus it includes the dub versions. Regretably, I sold it a while back. I used to have another RIZ various artist LP called "Themes from RIZ" (it has earl 16, rasheda, orville smith), check that out as you would probably like it too! ADambom
